Pastor Gary and Pam Kruzan

Pastor Gary & Pam entered the full-time ministry in June, 1982. Pastor Gary is a 1982 graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and was ordained into the ministry in 1986 by Reverend Kenneth E. Hagin, Sr. Pastor Gary is also a member and regional director of the Heartland Region of Rhema Ministerial Association International. Pam is a one year certificate holder from Rhema. Together, Pastor Gary and Pam pioneered churches in Kahoka, Missouri and Nashville, North Carolina before pioneering Faith Christian Family Church in Rushville, Illinois in January, 1987.

Pastor Doug and Erin Kruzan

Pastor Doug is a 1990 graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center and was ordained in June, 1995, by Reverend Kenneth E. Hagin, Sr. From August, 1991. Pastor Doug started working at the church in the ministry of helps as maintenance and grounds keeper. Pastor Doug is now the Music Minister and Youth Pastor at FCFC. He also is camp director for the Summer Scream Youth Camp. Pastor Doug and Erin have three children, Blake, Brandon, and Bethany.

Pastor Frank and Bri Shaw

Pastor Frank is a 2003 graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center. After graduating from bible school Frank began working at FCFC as a Pastoral Staff Assistant and is now the Assistant Pastor. Frank has a bachelors degree in Spanish from Western Illinois University and is married to his wife Brianne.
